These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use the Hutt Dental Implant Centre website, submit an online enquiry or use information and resources published here. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

General information, not personal dental advice

Do not rely on the website instead of obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified health professional who can assess your individual circumstances.

Urgent and emergency care

The website and its enquiry forms are not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies. If there is an immediate threat to life or health, call 111. For an urgent dental problem, call the clinic on 04 566 0012 or contact an appropriate emergency dental or health service.

Online enquiries and appointments

Submitting a form or requesting an appointment does not guarantee an appointment, create a diagnosis or amount to an agreement by the clinic to provide treatment. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic confirms it with you.

Please provide accurate and current information. If a deposit, payment, cancellation or rescheduling condition applies, it will be brought to your attention before the relevant booking or payment is confirmed.

Assessment, treatment and outcomes

Treatment suitability, risks, benefits, alternatives, timing, costs and likely outcomes depend on each person’s clinical circumstances. Treatment will proceed only after an appropriate assessment and informed consent.

Results vary between patients. Images, case examples, reviews and patient stories describe individual experiences and must not be treated as a promise or guarantee of a particular result.

Prices, quotes and finance

Any website information about prices, treatment inclusions, payment options or timing is general and may change. Your individual treatment plan and written quote will confirm the services and costs that apply to you before treatment proceeds.

Third-party finance and payment services are subject to the provider’s own eligibility requirements, approval process, fees and terms. Hutt Dental Implant Centre does not guarantee approval by a finance provider.

Privacy and communications

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use the contact details you provide to respond to and manage your enquiry.
